1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 9koi, a Sports Betting and online casino platform built specifically for users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and 9koi ("Platform", "Company", "We").

By accessing the 9koi website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our games or services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

9koi employs a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, a recent utility bill, and a bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will be suspended until the process is finalised.

3 User Account & Responsibilities

Every 9koi member is solely responsible for their own account. This includes:

• One account only: Each individual may hold only one active account on 9koi. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances without notice.
• Password confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 9koi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Latest update: You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address used for verification.
• Device security: Ensure that the device you use to access 9koi is free from malware and is not shared with anyone you do not trust.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 9koi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, and other major Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit is RM 10. There is no set maximum daily deposit limit unless you configure one yourself through our responsible gambling tools. All deposits are processed automatically within 2–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for eWallet methods and up to 1 business day for bank transfers. Your account must have completed the full KYC process before your first withdrawal can be approved.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement (typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount). The rollover must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only activate one bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Permitted Use: Bonuses are for use by the registered account holder only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or other unauthorised means will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been placed.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. 9koi reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to the start of a match.
• Bets placed after an event has started (except for in-play betting) will be automatically voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be refunded to the account balance within 24 hours.
• The minimum bet is RM 1 and maximum bet limits vary by market and sport type.
• 9koi reserves the right to restrict accounts or decline bets deemed suspicious or high-risk.

7 Casino Games & Slots

The 9koi casino platform offers slots, Live Casino with real dealers, progressive jackpots, and table games. The following specific conditions apply:

• All casino games on 9koi use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure fairness.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slots game can be found in that game's information section.
• Progressive jackpots are calculated cumulatively across all players. Jackpot results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved based on 9koi's server records, which shall be considered the definitive and accurate record.
• 9koi reserves the right to temporarily suspend any casino game for maintenance purposes without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

9koi is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limit: Your account will be automatically locked once the loss limit you have set is reached.
• Time-Out: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed.

• Betting losses arising from legitimate sports or game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

9koi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time without prior notice if any of the following occurs:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Holding multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or bonuses in an unauthorised manner.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at support staff or other members.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 9koi support team. Any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be refunded upon completion of a review process within 3–5 business days.

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

9koi reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Notice of significant amendments will be sent via email to the address registered on your account.
